Lately

So, much has happened the past month. My roommate moves out, and now I am able to do what I want when I want. So I am really enjoying living alone.

I did just go on a business trip this past week to Atlanta, GA. A full business trip, but I did get to meet someone that I have been chatting to a lot since June. I got to meet Helly. I must say, I totally adore her!! She is what I totaly expected, when I first met her. She is so sweet and kind, and really made me feel welcomed on my first business trip ever. I see her and I remaining friends for some time. She was so full of smiles and stories..... emails gave her no justice to the wonderful stories she could tell in person. I know, I would love to come to Atlanta again, not on business but for pleasure :) though I do go again in December on business.

Atlanta, was fun. I never been to a large city besides the Twin Cities and Denver, however I was very young and don't remember them much. I really enjoyed Atlanta, I got to see sky scrappers, and go into some real high class resturants. I also, got to drive a bit out of Atlanta and see some of the country side.... I must say, I was breathless. It was so beautiful there. Trees 2 times taller then our own here in South Dakota. Vines and moss hanging off. I wish I would have had my Nice photography camera so I could really capture the beauty I saw. Most people in Atlanta were very friendly. Always smiling in your direction, and realy kind. I guess it wasn't what I expected. I thought maybe I was under class, or I would stick out like a sore thumb. I didn't, I think, or I know, I could do real well in a large city.

Christmas is Just around the corner, so much going on this next month, I will be going back to Rapid City for christmas with my family, and I am excited. I love seeing my family, parents, siblings, nieces and nephews.... I also will get so see some of my old friends as well.

Well, I must be off....

Oh funny story happened to day.... My neighbor knocked on my door. He locked his keys in his car, while it was running. Asked for a hanger, to try and open it himself. Well this was around 4pm today. Well he doesnt have the money to call a locksmith, though they only charge around $20. So instead it is now almost 10pm his car is still running, he is letting his car run idol, and run out of gas and he said he just filled up his tank friday. Shitty luck for him, but funny that the car is still out there running.....

Jager-Nog

So, Helly, she told me of a cool drink. Jager and eggnog, I tried it last night. You take about 2/3 eggnog and 1/3 yager (If you are a jager lover) and mix and drink away... It was super yummy... Rich but good :)

I see this becoming a fave for me around the holidays >:)
